Welcome to AION Voice! These Terms of Use govern your use of our AI-driven video dubbing, translation, and voice synthesis services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

AION Voice provides AI-powered video translation, dubbing, and voice modification services through both self-service tools and managed services. Users can submit content for processing and receive AI-generated translations and dubbing output.

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services. The following actions are strictly prohibited:Uploading or generating harmful, illegal, or offensive content.Using AION Voice for impersonation, misinformation, or deepfake misuse.Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit AION Voice technology.

Users retain ownership of their original content.By using AION Voice, users grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and modify their content solely for the purpose of providing our services.AION Voice retains the rights to any improvements or refinements made to its AI models based on usage patterns.AI-generated outputs (translated/dubbed videos) belong to the user, but AION Voice reserves the right to feature anonymised samples for quality improvement and marketing (unless opted out by the user).

Pricing: Users are charged based on usage, either via pay-as-you-go, bulk credit purchases, or monthly subscriptions.Billing: Subscription payments are billed monthly or annually. Unused subscription minutes do not roll over to the next billing period.Refunds: Refunds are only issued in cases of significant service failure.Cancellations: Users can cancel subscriptions at any time, but no refunds are issued for unused time within the current billing cycle.

AION Voice complies with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws.Personal data submitted by users is stored securely and used only for service delivery.Users may request deletion of their data at any time.For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

While our AI is designed for high accuracy, AI-generated translations and dubbing may not be 100% precise.Users are responsible for verifying content before using it in sensitive or high-stakes contexts (e.g., legal, medical, or religious materials).AION Voice is not liable for damages resulting from errors or misinterpretations in AI-generated content.

AION Voice aims for 99% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.We are not responsible for third-party service failures, data loss, or delays.Our total liability for any claims related to our service is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 3 months.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.Upon termination, all stored user data may be deleted.Users can request account termination at any time.

These terms are governed by UK law.Any disputes must first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through arbitration in London, UK.

We may update these terms periodically.Users will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on our website.
