- Processing Manager – Broadcast Translations & Project Coordination-

Job Description:

Aion Voice is seeking an experienced Processing Manager to oversee large-scale broadcast translation projects and coordinate contractor workflows. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless execution of multilingual video localisation services for high-profile clients in the media and entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will be a strong project manager, skilled at managing complex workloads, tight deadlines, and a diverse network of contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

• Lead the end-to-end management of video translation and dubbing projects.

• Develop and maintain schedules, milestones, and resource plans for multiple simultaneous projects.

• Ensure all projects meet client specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.

2. Contractor Coordination:

• Assign tasks to translators, editors, and voice artists, ensuring efficient workflow distribution.

• Onboard and train contractors, maintaining a pool of high-quality freelancers.

• Monitor contractor performance and provide feedback to uphold quality standards.

3. Client Collaboration:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and communicating progress.

• Gather project requirements and ensure deliverables align with client objectives.

4. Quality Control:

• Implement quality assurance protocols to ensure consistent and accurate outputs.

• Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify any process inefficiencies.

5. Process Optimisation:

• Evaluate and refine workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.

• Introduce and integrate tools to automate and enhance project coordination.

6. Reporting and Metrics:

• Generate and analyse reports on project performance, workload distribution, and contractor utilisation.

• Provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in media, localisation, or post-production industries.

• Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

• Strong leadership and communication skills to liaise effectively with contractors and clients.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello) and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).

• Understanding of translation workflows, dubbing processes, and video localisation tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
